John Sudyka

John Sudyka was born March 3, 1954. He graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1977, and then attended St. Mary’s School of Law. He received a J.D. in 1983, and began working in the San Antonio office of Fulbright & Jaworski, where he primarily handled real estate matters. Since starting at Jones, Andrews & Ortiz, transitioning to Oritz Batis, P.C., and now with Ortiz & Law, P.C., Mr. Sudyka has assisted on cases involving insurance coverage litigation, insurance bad faith, business law, real estate, and commercial litigation. Mr. Sudyka also represents business entities in lease negotiations and drafting, buy sell transactions and general business and commercial transactions.
